Cancellation Policy
To respect our technicians time, a service fee will be charged for last minute cancellations. Appointments cancelled within 12 hours of their appointment will be charged a 25% fee. Any appointments that are no-shows or cancellations within 2 hours are subject to paying 100% of the scheduled service charge.
